Cleanliness is top priority and the hotel provides basic amenities such as toiletries. the hotel is in a good location, close to local attractions and transportation. the room is comfortable and spacious with modern facilities, such as a TV and a mini-fridge.

Sometimes communication can be difficult with the staff due to a language barrier.

Great location! It was super convenient being close to the city center and all the main attractions. the cleanliness was also a big plus, everything looked spotless and well taken care of. Plus, the staff were super friendly and accommodating.

The reception desk staff were not very fluent in English, making communication difficult at times. It would have been nicer to have had an in-room tea service, too.

The rooms were spotlessly clean which was great. I also was really impressed with the trustworthiness of the employees. The location was ideal for exploring the city too - very central and walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants.

The staff at reception had difficulty speaking English which made communication frustrating. For an international hotel, this made things more difficult than they needed to be.
